To begin with, it is important that you know that this lock is a security lock to prevent theft of domains, so it should be disabled only if you intend to transfer your domain, since if it is unlocked, anyone who have access to your EPP Code, it could steal your domain and lose all rights to it. Follow these steps to unlock your domain against theft.
1- Enter the Customer Area at https://impressa.network and login with your customer data.
2- Once inside, go to the option in the My Domains menu, where all the domains that you have registered with us will appear and the state in which each one of them is.
3- Click on the arrow of the tool icon and select the option Manage Domain to access the options for that domain.
4- Once inside, you will find on the left side of the screen, all the options to manage the domain, including the one to unlock the domain against theft called Registrar Lock
5- Once inside Registrar Lock, the lock status will be displayed on the screen. To disable it, simply press the disable button.
